Resident/Fellow Membership (Trainee)

RESIDENT/FELLOW MEMBERS (TRAINEE) are those participating in a postdoctoral educational program (ie, PGY1, PGY2 residency or fellowship) in hematology/oncology pharmacy practice or research. Resident/Fellow members cannot vote or serve as elected HOPA officers. Resident/Fellow members must renew as full members once they have completed their residency or fellowship training.

Student Membership - 1-year rate

STUDENT MEMBERS are those enrolled in an accredited school or college of pharmacy who are progressing toward a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Student members cannot vote or serve as elected HOPA officers. Student members must renew as full members once they have earned their degree.
